If IPTV playback buffers, pauses or shows an error, check whether the issue affects one stream or your whole setup. These steps can help you narrow down connection, player and device problems before contacting Ghost support.
Check whether the problem is widespread
Try another available channel or title. If only one item is affected, make a note of its name and the time of the issue. If everything is affected, check whether other internet services are also struggling on the same device.
Give your connection some space
Pause large downloads and check for heavy internet use elsewhere in your home. If your device supports a wired connection, try it to compare with Wi-Fi. For wireless devices, check signal strength and reduce avoidable distance or obstructions from the router.
Check the player and device
Close unused applications and restart the player. Use supported updates from trusted sources. If your player offers picture-quality settings, try a lower available setting to see whether playback becomes more consistent.
Contact support with the results
Tell Ghost support your device model, player, affected content and any error shown. Mention whether the problem affects one stream or all streams and what you have already tried. This is more useful than repeatedly reinstalling apps or changing unfamiliar settings.
No setup can guarantee uninterrupted playback on every stream. If the issue continues, open a support ticket so the team can investigate.
